about me.
As a coach, consultant, and leader in public policy, I empower organizations to create engaging workshops and training sessions centered on personal growth, women's empowerment, authenticity, and leadership. With a knack for connecting people and a strong focus on execution and strategy, I utilize my exceptional organizational skills and visionary mindset to develop impactful programs, initiatives, and events that drive success. As a pioneering first-generation Latina, I bring a rich background in public service and gender studies. Most recently, I served as an Advisor for Women's Affairs under Governor Kathy Hochul, the first female Governor of New York, where I established strong networks, communities, and strategic partnerships within the women's portfolio. I am also the founder of SoulyHer, a coaching and personal development firm dedicated to helping women unlock their potential and embrace their true selves through one-on-one coaching and corporate facilitation services. Additionally, I host the Becoming SoulyYou Podcast, where I share insights on women's empowerment, wellness, self-care, and authenticity, all while striving to increase the representation of women, particularly women of color, in leadership roles across various fields.
